No Returns Policy

At BackSpin Supply, every item is custom made to order just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Why No Returns?

Because we operate a print-on-demand model, each product is individually created when you place your order. This means:

• We do not hold inventory

• We do not resell returned items

• All sales are final

Damaged or Defective Items

We do stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

We will be happy to investigate and provide a replacement if necessary.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
